Ep15: Single-Cell DNA Sequencing Methods: an overview
Hi there,
In this podcast episode, I will be talking about single-cell DNA. DNA is the information necessary to build our bodies. Alterations in DNA can cause changes in cell behavior, leading to diseases.
To study DNA at the single-cell level, we can use diferent protocols. Some examples are the whole-genome or the targeted approaches, the scATAC-seq or the scDNA methulation protocols.
Several commercial solutions are available and I will also mention them.
